We understand that life is hectic and despite your good intentions you can’t seem to find the time during the week to workout. No worries…we created Weekend Warriors with you in mind. If you’re looking to jumpstart your fitness regime and build lean muscle mass, join us this month for an hour on every Saturday and Sunday.
And don’t worry, BFit Atlanta Bootcamps aren’t like your average bootcamps. Our trainers don’t stand over you barking orders at you nor do they humiliate or embarrass you into submission. We won’t make you run thousands of suicides or do dangerous exercises without proper supervision. What we will do is give you the edge to take things to the next level!
