90 Day Shred is the premiere strength endurance program creating definition, tone and sculpting of the entire body. What you eat is just as important as your exercise routine so we will provide you with a 3 month suggested meal plan.  Each month you will receive a meal plan prepared by our licensed nutritionist. You will also receive a physical assessment at the beginning of the program. Your assessment will help establish a baseline and allow us to benchmark and track your progress over the next 90 days. We are going to provide you with all the tools to reach your goals. So go ahead and book that trip to the beach because you are going to make a huge SPLASH at the beach this summer.
