BFit Bootcamp is the best strength and conditioning program there is. It is a high intensity, 60 minute interval workout that incorporates elements of cardio, strength training and core abs. We don’t use expensive, complicated machines that increase your risk of injury or uneven muscle development. It consists of varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity pace, combining  kettle bells, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, med balls, combat ropes and more. All workouts are 100 percent scalable to each individual’s level of strength and fitness.  Every day is a different workout and each workout will push you to your physical limits. Put in the work and you will see results.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL

The early bird catches the worm. Each month we offer a limited number of spaces at a special discounted rate for each time slot: 5 AM 6:30 AM, 5:30 PM and 7 PM. Once they are gone, the price will return to the regular monthly rate for that timeslot.

The VIP All Access pass is designed to help you reach maximum results. So if you are serious about making a change, this is the best plan for you. With this pass, you are able to attend any of the bootcamp timeslots and as many sessions as you like during a given day. You will receive a special 30 day Shred meal plan prepared by our licensed nutritionist.
