Reach your fitness goals faster by working with one of our Elite Pros. We recommend you supplement your monthly group sessions with a couple of personal training sessions. You can also book dedicated time with a personal trainer. Our Elite Pros can help you create a plan to maximize your time in the gym and get results.  You will receive a physical assessment at the beginning of the training program. Your assessment will help establish a baseline and allow us to benchmark and track your progress.
